We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, with all protective seals intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 14 days of receiving your item if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To properly process damage or defect claims, clear proof of the issue is required, such as photos or videos showing the damage or defect. Claims submitted without sufficient proof may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Used or opened beauty products, including creams and cosmetic items

  • Personal care and hygiene products

  • Consumable goods

  • Hygiene-sensitive items, including products that come into direct contact with the body, such as tight-fitting or intimate apparel, once they have been worn, used, or removed from their original protective packaging

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable, except where required by applicable law.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To be eligible, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all protective seals intact, unless an exception applies under applicable law (such as hygiene-sensitive items).

Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or payment provider (including Klarna or credit card issuers) to process and post the refund.
